Our Staff

Dr. Ducote grew up in the Baton Rouge area, and she earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. She earned her medical degree from St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine in the Cayman Islands. She completed her residency training at Baton Rouge General Medical Center's Family Medicine Residency Program.

“I was always interested in science as a child, but I knew I wanted to become a doctor when volunteering as a Girl Scout during high school,” recalls Dr. Ducote.

“Family medicine is my favorite because as a family practitioner, I have the opportunity to see and treat patients throughout their lives.”

Dr. Ducote is board certified in family medicine.
